Follow-Ups: Never Start from Scratch

Kairos believes meeting notes are inputs, not outputs — they should work for you, not sit in a document gathering dust.

That's why we built Follow-Ups: a feature that turns your previous meeting notes into context for your next conversation.

How It Works

  1. Open the Kairos Outlook Add-In or Chrome Extension when prepping for a follow-up meeting
  2. Click "Add Context" to pull in notes from one or more previous meetings
  3. Kairos generates a follow-up agenda that picks up where you left off — referencing decisions made, action items from last time, and unresolved topics
  4. Review, adjust, and you're ready to run a meeting that moves the conversation forward

The result: You never start a follow-up with "Where were we?" — the discussion continues naturally and productively.

Requirement: Enable Meeting Notes so Kairos can automatically capture what happened in your meetings and make it available for future Follow-Ups.
