1. Calendar connection (2 min) - So Kairos can see your meeting landscape
2. Teams or Zoom connection (10-15 min) - So Kairos can automatically capture meeting notes and extract decisions/action items
3. Your first calendar audit (3 min) - Get immediate insights on where your team is losing momentum

Step 1: Connect Your Calendar (2 min)

How to connect:

1. Go to app.meetkairos.com
   1. Select Single Sign On based on your workspace.
   2. Ensure Pop-Ups are not accepted.
   3. Review and Accept the selected permissions.
